Cancellation by You

If you choose to cancel your booking, the lead guest must notify us in writing via email. Our refund structure is based on the notice period given prior to the trip start date:

  • 30+ days before departure: 30% cancellation fee

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

  • 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee

  • 0–6 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

All cancellation charges are calculated based on the full cost of the package.


Changes Made by Us

While we strive to deliver every itinerary as promised, we reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. If a significant change is made prior to your departure, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Accept the revised itinerary.

  • Choose an alternative trip of similar value at no extra cost.

  • Opt for a less expensive trip and receive a refund of the difference.

  • Cancel the booking and receive a full refund (minus any applicable admin fees).

Compensation may be offered if changes are made less than 12 days before departure and are not due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns).


Force Majeure / Circumstances Beyond Our Control

ReignAura Travels is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, pandemics, natural disasters, civil unrest, airline issues, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, no refunds or compensation can be provided.


Guest Responsibility

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout their trip. ReignAura Travels reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a guest’s behavior endangers staff, fellow guests, property, or the general safety and enjoyment of others.

Guests are also responsible for the condition of their accommodation and may be held liable for any damage or additional cleaning fees incurred during their stay.

Consumption of alcohol should be done responsibly. ReignAura Travels will not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or disruptions caused by impaired judgment.


Complaints & Feedback

We aim to provide an exceptional experience. If you encounter any issues, we urge you to inform your guide, hotel, or concierge immediately so it can be resolved on the spot.
